Which are the best institutes in US which offer MS in computer science/it at reasonable fee-quality education

somebody just help me...i am unable to find institute which could offer MS in computer science/IT(programming languages,operating sys etc) at an very affordable fee(within $5000) and which provide quality education, good job prospects....i am a computer application graduate(BCA) 3 years- does US institutes accept 3 yr graduates
