2 weeks late, whats my chances !! fingers crossed.?

Hey there all. Heres a little background. Ive been with my husband for 3 years now. we suffered a miscarriage 9 months ago and have been trying for the last few months. This month i am now 13 days late for my period. I took one text 2 days ago, just a cheap one and it came out negative. I figured by now the hcg should be detected. I have a doctors appt on tuesday. But the anticipation is killing me. I have no signs of any period. I have been really ... hmm..."gaggy" i guess, and nauseous with headaches. Anyone ever experienced this?? Stories welcome :)
