Am I judging my friend or am I just telling her the cold hard truth?

My friend has had a history of being promiscuous since she was 14 years old. She's 19 and it finally caught up with her she had a child, she does not know the father. When she was sleeping around she choose not to use protection with the numerous men she had with. Her child is 1 year old, she sometimes leaves her child with me so she can have with some other guy. I am so tired of being there for her but I really care for this child. Or she just leaves her child somewhere and calls me to go there. I remember once when I was at her apartment, she invited a guy over her child was crying and she totally ignored her for 1 hour just so she could have with this guy. i really tired of being her friend and I want to punch her in the face and i want to take away her child. this is ridiculous. i thought she should have gotten an abortion but she does not believe in that. she did not believe in using protection when she was having with different guys every other week.
