My 2 month old daughter is sick..?

My 2 month old beautiful girl is sick, she's congested, coughing, sneezing, and every time I put her down she falls asleep, actually she has been sleeping almost all day, she isn't running a fever, is this normal? And ever since she's been "sick" she's been throwing up (NOT spit up, but not projectile, but it's all coming up)... every bottle I give her =[. She usually sleeps well at night and only takes 2-3 naps in the day. If she isn't better by tomorrow I'm taking her to the ER because I had to get different insurance, so I'm in the process of getting her a new doctor. But has this happened to anyone's baby before when they were this young, is this normal, what did you do to try to make things better for your baby? I've given her a warm bath already to try to get her nose to clear up, but nothing... =[
