I need the name of a 90s movie... PLEASE HELP!!!!?

I know it came out in the 90s but I vaguely remember it... a woman is dressed as a tribal person with paint on her face and is dancing around a guy's backyard (there may have been a fire) while he videotapes her. A few days later she is standing in line at a store and sees the video of her dancing on the TV in the store. Some big guy (I think he's dressed in black and looked like a biker) says something like "hey, that's you." or some ual remark. The man that videotaped the woman also has two sons who do a cl project that catches on fire and they have a girl in a hut type thing. The girl says she's okay and then says she has to do something which makes her parents angry at the two boys. That's all I can remember.
