How good could Vladimir Guerrero and Juan Pierre be this year?

How good could Vladimir Guerrero be this year to the Texas Rangers and to fantasy owners? What would you predict for stats for this guy? How about Juan Pierre? He now has a startin in Chicago under Ozzie. I have both of these guys in fantasy and wonder what they could do. Homeruns, RBI's, Stolen Bases, Walks, and Avg. Thanks.
