Could you help me?I'm trying to understand the whole presidential election thing with the electoral college...?

I'm kinda confused about the whole system, Lets say it's Election day in Arkansas: Is it that on a official ballot, each candidate and its party have 6 electors each (because Arkansas has 6 electoral votes) and the one with the most votes has its electoral college voting OR there is a single electoral college that is required to vote for the party that wins?
